用户体验，主要是用户访问一个网站或使用一个产品的全部体验。他们的
印象和感受是否成功，是否享受，是否还想来使用。他们能够忍受的疑惑、
问题程度。
交互设计试图提高产品或系统的可用性和用户体验。首先研究、了解用户的需
求，然后再通过设计来满足甚至超出用户的需求。

Experience design (XD) is the practice of designing products, processes, services, events, and environments with a focus placed on the quality of the user experience and culturally relevant solutions, with less emphasis placed on increasing and improving functionality of the design. Experience designers are often employed to identify existing touchpoints and create new ones, and then to score the arrangement of these touchpoints so that they produce the desired outcome.
